East Asia Minerals is managed by an experienced and motivated team of professionals with extensive international experience and a broad range of skills in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Much of this experience was gained working for international senior mining companies, which makes the Company unique in the junior mining sector.

The team's skills and experience encompass all aspects of the industry, ranging from project generation and early-stage exploration to feasibility studies and mine development, which includes negotiating and executing complex property agreements and partnership ventures. These technical and business skills are supplemented by a working knowledge of the mineral potential of the East Asia region.

East Asia Minerals is guided by an active, complimentary Board of Directors. Each of the 5 members contributes though their unique and extensive exploration, mining and/or investment experience.

Terry Filbert, CEO & Chairman

Mr. Filbert has been intimately involved in the mining and exploration industry since 2005, with significant on-the-ground experience in Indonesia. In addition to his extensive knowledge of EAS’ main projects of Sangihe and Minwah, Mr. Filbert brings his entrepreneurial skills from a series of successful business ventures that includes technology, import-export and human resources. Mr. Filbert will be spending a majority of his time in Indonesia overseeing the Company’s operations.

Frank Rocca, Chief Geologist & Qualified Person

Mr. Rocca has over 25 years of experience in international exploration and mine development, including Indonesia, Australia, Africa, USA, and Chile. Mr. Rocca earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia. Mr. Rocca is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy with 12 years of experience in NI43-101 compliant Resources and Reserves reporting.

Scott Davis, CPA, CGA, CFO

Mr. Davis is a partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants, a firm focused on providing accounting and management services for publiclylisted companies. His experience includes CFO positions at several companies listed on the TSXV and CSE and senior management positions, including Appleby as an Assistant Financial Controller, Davidson & Company LLP as an Auditor, and Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. as Accounting Manager.
